How do I book a hotel room at the Gaylord Rockies Resort for my stay during the conference?​

1. First, complete your conference registration to confirm your attendance. Click on the "REGISTER" button.

2. Next, you will receive a special hotel reservation link to book your hotel accommodations at the special discounted rate.

Hotel rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis over the conference dates. The main arrival date is Monday, March 18, 2019. Hotel reservation bookings, hotel cancellations and any associated hotel changes are the responsibility of each individual.

What is the nightly hotel room rate at the Gaylord Rockies Resort?
A limited block of rooms is available for conference attendees at a discounted nightly rate of US$249, plus US$23 daily resort fee per night, and applicable taxes.

What is the hotel cancellation policy at the Gaylord Rockies Resort?

There is a 72-hour hotel cancellation policy. Cancelling your hotel reservation less than 72 hours prior to your confirmed arrival date or failing to show, will result in a one-night room rate charge, plus applicable fees/taxes, to your credit card. ​ Hotel cancellations are the responsibility of each individual. What are the check-in and check-out times at the Gaylord Rockies Resort?

Hotel check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are at the hotel’s discretion and must be made directly with the hotel.

How do I get from Denver International Airport (DEN) to the hotel?

DEN is approximately 9 miles from the Gaylord Rockies Resort. Estimated taxi fare: US$20 each way; Uber is US$15 each way. ​ Please note that the hotel does NOT provide shuttle service from the airport.

We want to encourage a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere during the conference. Attire for the meeting and evening events will be business casual.

Parking is available at the hotel. Overnight self parking​ is US$29 per night, plus taxes. Overnight valet parking​ is US$39 per night, plus taxes.
